Petitioner is accused in connection with Nawada (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015 registered under Sections 376 and 511 of the I.P.C. and section 8 of the POCSO Act. The accusation is of attempt of committing rape by this petitioner at minor daughter of the informant. Submission is that in fact, informant is Battaidar of the petitioner and due to some dispute, the present case has falsely been lodged by the informant. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13660 of 2016 (2) dt.19-04-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, POCSO, Nawada in connection with Nawada (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.116 of 2015 (POCSO 16/15).
