Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 239 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 307, 326, 325, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering counter case and general and omnibus allegation, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the above named, petitioners, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
