The only grievance raised before this court on behalf of the petitioner is that Jamabandi Case No. 9005/ 2012-13 is pending in the court of Additional Collector, Supaul since last five years but up till now, no order has been passed in the aforesaid
Patna High Court CWJC No.2899 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of giving direction to the Additional Collector, Supaul to dispose of Jamabandi Case No. 9005/ 201213 within a prescribed period of time. Since the petitioner has sought indulgence of this court only for issuance of direction to Additional Collector, Supaul for disposal of Jamabandi Case No. 9005/ 2012-13, there is no need for issuance of notice to private respondents. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of giving direction to the Additional Collector, Supaul to dispose of Jamabandi Case No. 9005/ 2012-13 within four months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. However, it is made clear that before disposal of aforesaid case, the Additional Collector, Supaul shall ensure the presence of all the concerned parties of aforesaid case.
