2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barhampur P.S. Case No. 454 of 2023 registered for offences under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it is one Vikesh Kumar @ Vikesh Yadav @ Bikesh Yadav who had taken her away. The victim was handed over to the petitioners and others.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. One

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Buxar/concerned court below in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 454 of 2023.
