Khata no. 1200 containing plot no. 5219 of Village Bedhna, P.S. Barh, District Patna was acquired vide L.A. Case No. 11 of 2013-14 but compensation was not paid to the petitioner as he claims to be raiyat of the aforesaid lands. It appears from the pleadings that the agnates of the petitioner disputed his title and ownership regarding acquired land. Moreover, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that this writ petition may be disposed of giving liberty to petitioner to raise his grievance before the respondent no. 4, the District Land

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to petitioner to raise his grievances before the respondent no. 4, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna within a month from today and if petitioner does so, the respondent no. 4 shall pass appropriate order on the grievances of the petitioner within three months from the date of filing any representation before him.
