In the background of land dispute, it has been alleged that after chasing, Rajo Yadav had assaulted mother of informant while Singheshwar Yadav assaulted maternal grand mother of informant and then all the three had assaulted them. Having gone through Annexure-2, whereupon it is evident that injuries found over person of Pramila Devi have been categorized as simple, however, taking into account other circumstances so incorporated therein, the doctor had opined that it might be dangerous to life. Furthermore, from Annexure-2/1, it is evident that Sahodri Devi, maternal grand mother of informant, had sustained simple pain. From Annexure-3, it is evident that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17031 of 2015 (2) dt.27-04-2015 vide order dated 15.10.2014 vide Cr.Misc.No. 39250/2014, coaccused, Shingheshwar Yadav had already been granted bail. Accordingly, petitioners, Rajo Yadav and Jago Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri U.K. Pandey, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jamui/successor in the office in connection with Khaira PS Case No. 118/2014.
