Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but the informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and it appears that none has seen the actual killing of the deceased. Submission on behalf of petitioner is that the petitioner does not have any concern with the family of Matuki Sah, who had given threatening to the informant's daughter-inlaw. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
