The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case on account of land dispute. It is further submitted that there is general and vague allegation has been attributed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4444 of 2020(3) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 against all the accused persons including the petitioners. It is further submitted that, on perusal of the report of the doctor, no external injury has been found on the person of the deceased. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bail bonds to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - IX, Gopalganj in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
