The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2964 of 2013 registered under Section 498A, of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. The wife-complainant has alleged the petitioner and other accused persons tortured and assaulted her for demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is husband of the complainant and the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.1500/- each month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the complainant. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

In the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.1500/- per month in the court below, which shall be

Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No.2964 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
