Petitioner retired from the post of Family Health Worker on 31.01.2015 from the office of respondent no. 4, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Purnea. Petitioner has claimed payment of entire retiral benefits and fixation of family pension which has not yet been paid to him. Considering the nature of prayer, made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.436 of 2019(2) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 Purnia, regarding his pensionary claim, which will be disposed of within three months from the date of filing of such representation. The amount, due to the petitioner, would be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amount is found inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by speaking order through registered post.
