The petitioner seeks bail in Banka P.S. Case No.829 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of inducing the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioner has firstly drawn my attention to the statement of the daughter of the informant (Annexure-2), which is statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and submitted that she disclosed that she solemnized marriage with the petitioner on her own sweet will and they are living together as wife and husband. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2019.

Considering facts and circumstance, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.829 of 2019.
