JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the deceased and from perusal of the impugned order, I find that even in course of investigating, the Investigating Officer could not succeed to collect the material to show the specific overt act of the petitioner. Moreover, the other in-laws of the deceased have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.08.2015 passed in Cr Misc No. 23463 of 2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional
