ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No.150 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 447, 448, 379, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is only because of the previous prejudice and animosity that the present case has been lodged against the petitioner. It is submitted that the provisions of Section 3(i)(x) of the S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act have been invoked to make the

Considering the fact that the informant sustained humiliation at his doorstep and not in public view and that there is no injury report to support the allegations, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri C.B. Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No.150 of 2014,G.R.
