JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol containing three live cartridges, mobile sets etc. are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he was caught by the police along with other accused, who had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 9.07.2015 and, moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
