NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the State as well as the learned counsel appearing for the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna. Petitioner, who retired 30.09.2018 from the post of InCharge, Principal, Government High School (Zila School), Munger, prays for payment of his post retiral benefits. The petitioner had filed an application for release of his pensionary benefits which were returned by the respondent no. 6, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Munger, and respondent no. 7, the In-Charge Principal, Government High School (Zila School), Munger.

Patna High Court CWJC No.480 of 2019(2) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances, this writ application is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 6, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Munger, regarding release of his retiral dues and pension, with statutory interest, which will be disposed of by respondent no. 6 within a period of four months from date of receipt of such representation. Any amount due will be paid to the petitioner within two months thereafter. If certain amount is found inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by speaking order through registered post.
