Mr.Anil Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 03-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the F.I.R, dead body of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6157 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/3 father of the informant was lying in the pond. The informant suspected that due to previous land dispute with the petitioners, they have killed him.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The deceased was a habitual drinker and he might fall in the pond and died due to drowning. There is no eye witness to the occurrence and only on suspicion, the petitioners have been roped in the present case. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case
