JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report but omnibus allegation of assault has been leveled against them, so far as the allegation of firing is concerned, the same is against coaccused Badri Yadav and Ramdeo Yadav. Para-39 of the case diary reveals that the injured has received altogether six injuries and except one injury that is on his left arm, almost all the injuries are simple in nature.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial
