The petitioner and some others were caught from a room and some fire arms, ATM cards and gold ornaments were recovered from there. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and, having more or less similar allegation, some of the co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by coordinate Benches of this court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. case No.152 of 2015.
