The petitioners seek bail in Dhankund P.S. Case No. 29 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, these petitioners along with co-accused persons killed the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased and they are living separately and have got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5321 of 2022(2) dt.04-04-2022 2/2 and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners are in custody since 21.03.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Dhankhund P.S. Case No. 29 of 2021.
