Petitioner along with one Nurain Mian was arrested on 11.8.2014 when he along with others assembled to make preparation for committing offence.

Fire arms are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which a separate case was registered.

Petitioner carries criminal antecedent but making plan to commit an offence is no offence in the eye of law. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Jamo Bazar P.S. Case no. 84/2014.
