Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364A and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution's case in short is that on 24.11.2011 the accused persons kidnapped informant's son and demanded Rs. 10 lacs as Rangdari. Thereafter, complaint case was lodged on 2.1.2012.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. They further submit that the informant and his son cheated several persons on the false allurement of providing them job for which Kesariya Police Station Case No. 3/2012 was lodged in which petitioner no. 2 and 3 are witness and the instant false has been lodged only with a view to pressurize the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. It is also submitted that the parties have compromised the matter. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is serious allegation against the

He further submits that the petitioners have belatedly approached this court for grant of privilege of prearrest bail in a case of 2012. Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered on its own merit without prejudice.
