The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No.134 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in order to show his bonafide, petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the account of the informant. Considering the fact that there is no evidence against the petitioner, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on provisional bail, for a period of one month, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14321 of 2021(2) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No.134 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The petitioner shall deposit the amount of Rs.25,000/- in three monthly installments and installment will begin from January, 2022 and thereafter once he deposits Rs.25,000/-, his provisional bail shall be confirmed. The amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the petitioner by way of demand draft shall be handed over to the informant within the stipulated time so that it can be encashed and the same shall be handed over to the informant.
