NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsels appearing on behalf of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur (hereinafter referred to as 'the university').

Petitioner who retired from the post of Re-designated Demonstrator with effect from 31.12.2009 claims revision of his pensionary benefits as per the first, second and third ACP granted to the petitioner and vide office order dated 439/2017 dated 23.11.2017. Petitioner also prays for difference of arrears of salary as per revised pay from January, 2010 till date of actual payment and calculation thereto of the entire retiral benefit.

Patna High Court CWJC No.638 of 2019(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 Considering the submission of the parties and the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no.3, the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur who will dispose of the representation within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.

Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within two months thereafter. If certain amounts are in admissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order through registered post.
