JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement o f co-accused and after that, petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.12.2015 and since then he is languishing in jail custody in a case in which police submitted charge sheet under sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S.Case No. 39 of 2014., G.R.No. 626 of 2014.
