2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner killed the son of informant by hanging him with rope in his house and tried to give it a shape of suicide.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and only suspicion has been raised against her. Alleged incident took place in the house of informant and dead body was found hanging in the house of informant. There is no allegation that this petitioner has played any role or abetted or instigated the deceased to commit

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and other facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ram Nagar P. S. Case No. 230 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
