The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 431 of 2019 registered under Sections 504, 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. They are members of a mob. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4061 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 431 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
