JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 02-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received which has been kept at Flag 'R'.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the report of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra dated 17.07.2023 suggests that out of seven prosecution witnesses, two witnesses have already been examined and five witnesses are remained to be examined. The trial is expected to be concluded within six months.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition after

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4682 of 2023(4) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 making some submission.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period as mentioned in the above report failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
