On theft being committed of Sumo vehicle of the informant the First Information Report was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of the co-accused during investigation.

Subsequently the petitioner also made confession. Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.
