Petitioner is in custody in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019 for the offence under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

In the instant case on search from the bag 51.950 liters of liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2019.

Learned counsel submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, the Court is inclined

No.2557 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50, 000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj, in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019.
