The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 366(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that her daughter went to take tuition but she did not return. Later on, she came to know that Mukesh Kumar with whom her daughter was on talking terms, with the help of the petitioner and others, kidnapped her daughter. It appears that the informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence. She herself stated that her daughter was frequently talking with Mukesh Kumar.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
