2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 29.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.75265 of 2023, with respect to petitioner no.3 therein, who was released on bail by the aforesaid order dated 29.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc No. 75265 of 2023, on the ground that in the cause title of the bail application, as well as, in the order dated 29.11.2023, name of petitioner no.3 has been incorrectly typed as only Ranjan Dubey @ Ranjan Kumar Dubey @ Ranjan Kr. Dubey due to

No.SH 330 of 2023, name of the present petitioner has been incorrectly typed as Ranjan Dubey @ Ranjan Kumar Dubey, S/o Kishor Dubey in place of "Ranjan Dubey @ Ranjan Kumar Dubey @ Ranjan Kr. Dubey @ Rajan Kumar Dubey @ Rajan Dubey" and as such, he seeks the cause title of the order dated 29.11.2023 to be modified to the above extent. The petitioner in this regard, has also furnished a copy of Aadhaar and has made specific statement in paragraph nos.4 and 5 that due to incorrect typographical mistake, in the cause title of the order passed by the District Court, the same has been typed in the bail application and accordingly the same mistake also occurred in the order dated 29.11.2023.

3. Considering the aforesaid information and statement made in paragraph no.5, the cause title of the order dated 29.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.75265 of 2023 is modified to the extent that name of petitioner no.3, Ranjan Dubey @ Ranjan Kumar Dubey @ Ranjan Kr. Dubey is substituted by Ranjan Dubey @ Ranjan Kumar Dubey @ Ranjan Kr. Dubey @ Rajan Kumar Dubey @ Rajan Dubey.

4. The time for surrender is, accordingly, extended by further period of two weeks.

5. The order dated 29.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.75265 of 2023 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. Rest parts of the order shall remain intact.
