The petitioner seeks bail in Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner kidnapped his daughter aged about 14 years. But the victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. disclosed that on being chided, she left her house and went to Delhi. Nobody kidnapped her. She came across with the petitioner and came to her house.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
