The limited grievance raised by the petitioner in the present writ application is in respect of delayed disposal of Case No. 1 of 2014 which according to the petitioner remains pending since 06.1.2014 before the respondent no. 3, Municipal Commissioner. A copy of the order sheet is present at Annexure-1 to the writ petition. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of grievance raised herein, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Municipal Commissioner, Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation to consider and dispose of Case No. 1 of 2014 in accordance with law and after giving opportunity of hearing to the contesting parties expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
