====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-09-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 307, 386, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

A loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner when the police suspected that the petitioner and others were to commit dacoity. The F.I.R. reveals that the petitioner is accused involved in several serious cases. Para-3 of the bail petition also reveals that the petitioner has got a long list of criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2020.

Considering entire facts aforesaid, especially criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14326 of 2021(3) dt.08-09-2021 2/2 bail in connection with Asathawan P.S. Case No. 96 of 2020. Hence, prayer is refused.

Learned trial Judge is directed to expedite the trial. (Birendra Kumar, J) mantreshwar/- U T
