Earlier prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected thrice and now the petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail on the ground that the trial has not been concluded within four months as per direction given in order dated 14.10.2015 and from the report of the learned trial judge, it reveals that three months further time has been sought to conclude the trial and the petitioner is suffering in custody since 19.07.2013 to which the learned A.P.P. duly assisted by the learned counsel for the informant opposes by submitting that the trial is likely to be concluded very soon and the witnesses will be produced.

No.11494 of 2016 (3) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 In the facts and circumstances stated above, at present, finding no good ground for reconsideration for prayer of bail of the petitioner, again his such prayer stands rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 311 of 2014 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 209 of 2013.
However, the trial court is again directed to take all possible steps and conclude the trial within three months as sought by him failing which the petitioner may be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if at no fault.
Let a copy of this order be sent to S.S.P, Patna through fax to get the official witnesses examined at the earliest by directing the Officer-In-Charge of concerned Police Station. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) sushma/- U T
