Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 12-1-2024, while he was at home, when at 7 a.m. the accused person, including the petitioner, entered her house and started abusing, further on objection, petitioner assaulted her by butt of a country-made pistol causing injury on forehead, thereafter Dharamveer assaulted Abhishek by butt of gun on forehead, thereafter Anil fired and also assaulted her elder brother. 4.

It is next submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case with an allegation that he assaulted the

It is next submitted that Sahebpur Kamal PS Case No. 13 of 2024 has been instituted by the side of the petitioner against the husband of the informant as such the instant false case came to be instituted in order to coerce the informant of Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024 into submission. It is also submitted that even the injury suffered by the informant is simple in nature.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) SUMIT/- U T
