JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Having regard to the fact that grievance raised in the present writ application is against the Private Limited Company, the Court is not inclined to entertain the instant application. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum under the Provision of Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1982. The Court hope and trust that the authorities under the Act shall take appropriate steps in accordance with law on filing appropriate petition at the earliest.

With the liberty aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
