JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.03.2015 in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 25(1-B), A and 26(2) of the Arms Act.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that on secret information, the informant alongwith the police personnel raided the place of occurrence and recovered one loaded country made pistol from possession of the petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25337 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 per the F.I.R., one loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Buxar, in connection with Buxar Town P.S.
