The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 21-12-2015 and it appears that except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Korha P.S.
