The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 421 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 457/380/411 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner was apprehended by the informant while attempting to commit theft in his house. It is further alleged that on being searched the police recovered ornaments as mentioned in the written report from possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits although there is allegation that silver ornaments have been recovered but there is no seizure list prepared by the police. Charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police in this case.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S.
