This appeal has been preferred against the judgment and decree dated 7th March, 1989, passed in Title Appeal No. 57 of 1987 by Sri Shyam Sundar Dass, District Judge, Siwan, affirming the judgment decree dated 26.06.1987 passed by Sri Abhai Shankar Mishra, Munsif-II, Siwan in Title Suit No. 73 of 1986.

From perusal of the office note dated 22.12.2021, it appears that direct notice was issued to the sole appellant, namely, Champa Devi as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the sole appellant has died. As per the report of the direct notice, the sole appellant has also died. In view of the aforesaid facts, this appeal has become infructuous, and, accordingly, it is disposed of.
