On trivial issue, it has been alleged that Amod Kumar Singh, Amredra Kumar Singh, Raghvendra Kumar Singh, Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Avanit Kumar Singh @ Kanhaiya armed variously surrounded the informant and upon an order of Amod Kumar Singh, Avanit Kumar Singh @ Kanhaiya gave Gupti blow over his head, Sanjiv Kumar with sharp edge weapon, while Amrendra Kumar Singh gave blow with butt of rifle. They all caused mischief by damaging vehicles parked at Darwaza. From Annexure-2, the injury report, it is apparent that four injuries were found over the person of the injured out of which, injury nos.1 and 2 caused by sharp cutting weapon, while injury nos.3 and 4 by hard and blunt substance. All the injuries happen to be simple.
Thus, Petitioners Sanjiv Kumar Singh and Avanit Kumar Singh @ Kanhaiya are directed to be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20598 of 2015 (2) dt.03-07-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of R.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Rajesh Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari (O.P.
