The petitioner has filed this Civil Miscellaneous petition against the order dated 02.02.2017 passed in Title Suit No.4/2000 by Munsif, Jhanjharpur, by which, Munsif, Jhanjharpur dismissed the petition dated 22.08.2016 to admit the notice issued by the Circle Officer has become documents but from perusal of the order itself it appears that on 26.09.2013 and 16.06.2016 similar petitions of the petitioner to admit that document in evidence was rejected but the petitioner did not move before any court against the aforesaid order. Therefore, I do not find any merit in this Civil Miscellaneous

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.458 of 2017 dt.26-03-2018 2/2 petition.

Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
