The petitioner seeks bail in Banka P.S. Case No. 522 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report the informant has alleged that his daughter had gone to take spectacle and did not return. The informant during search learnt that she was seen going with Md. Ansar (son of the petitioner).

The victim girl has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. wherein she has stated that she had gone with Md. Ansar, son of the petitioner, out of her own free will. Petitioner is in custody since 6.8.2018 having clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 522 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
