JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 This is an application for initiating a contempt proceeding against the contemner opposite parties for willfully and deliberately violating the order dated 22.11.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14273 of 2022.

I have heard the parties.

Now, the contempt proceeding is sought to be initiated on the basis of disputed facts in which this Court is not interested in examining.

Patna High Court MJC No.121 of 2023(4) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 The grievance of the petitioner is that order may be passed on his Zamabandi Cancellation Application and the same has been redressed and order has been passed. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed.
