Petitioner happens to be main assailant. The trial court has reported that three investigating officers as well as doctor have been left to be examined. The learned trial court has assured to dispose of Session trial no.593 of 2013 arising out of Jurawanpur P.S.Case No. 27 of 2010 within three months.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Jurawanpur P.S.Case No. 27 of 2010, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge IV, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12365 of 2016 (4) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude within the period as fixed by him even by taking the trial of the petitioner on day to day basis.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of police, Vaishali at Hajipur with direction to him to ensure the presence of remaining prosecution witnesses of Session trial no.593 of 2013 arising out of Jurawanpur P.S.Case No. 27 of 2010, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge IV, Vaishali at Hajipur without any delay, failing which the matter shall be viewed seriously.
