Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 06-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No.287 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 406, 420, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he gave Rs.60,000/- to Krishna Nat and Vinod Nat, the petitioner for purchasing a piece of land. When the informant went to the purchased land, he came to know that the said land was sold to another person. When the informant demanded money from Krishna Nat and Vinod Nat, it is alleged that Vinod Nat, the petitioner abused him and assaulted him with fists and slaps.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The present dispute is of civil nature. The petitioner has got three criminal antecedents and he is on bail in all the three cases.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the present dispute is of civil nature, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No.287 of 2013, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
