2. On last occasion, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 23.11.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 43123 of 2022.

3. Trial Court report reveals that out of 12 prosecution witnesses, 5 witnesses have been examined.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that trial is not progressing smoothly and petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.03.2021.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12690 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge VII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 475 of 2020 / Sessions Trial No. 10 of 2022.
