JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 247 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that a co-ordinate Bench of this Court has granted anticipatory bail in similar situated aggrieved persons, this anticipatory bail application is allowed for the reasons mentioned in ( Annexure-2) Cr. Misc. No. 82901 of 2019 vide order dated 24.06.2020.

Accordingly, let the above named, petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date

No.14299 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Minapur P.S. Case No. 247 of 2019 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
