Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.1246 of 2022 dt.13-05-2022 2/3 In the supplementary counter affidavit dated 05.05.2022 filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 5, it stands averred in Paragraph No. 8 as under:- "8. That it is further submitted that as the alignment of road including the bridge comes under the jurisdiction of the present respondent department so pursuant to the aforesaid letter the present respondent department has come to the decision to construct the bridge over Kukanahiya River situated in between of Bhabua Mohania Road to Kori Village via Jhengari Dihara for which the Engineer-In-Chief, Rural Works, Department, Bihar, Patna vide his letter no. 2042 dated 04.05.2022 has directed the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works Division, Bhabhua to submit the DPR (including 18 point Check list and Nazri Naksha) after obtaining Technical Approval thereof so that the further process may be initiated."

Patna High Court CWJC No.1246 of 2022 dt.13-05-2022 3/3 In view of the decision now taken by the Government to construct the bridge, we direct that the proposal pending before the authorities be processed and completed within a time bound period, and in any case, not more than six months from today.

We only hope and expect that tender for construction of the work should also be issued and the work completed within a period of one year thereafter.

Liberty reserved to the petitioner to agitate the matter afresh, should the need so arise, either before the authorities or before this Court.

Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Interlocutory Application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
